TNT Instructions and Assumptions

1. Game time is 7 PM. Mails are sent out to players and remaining roster members starting Wednesday and into Thursday. Mail with final confirmation of location and partners are "typically" sent only to players signed up to play that day.

2. Default court location is always Mesa Verde Courts (best lights) when limited to 8 or fewer players. If there are more than 8 players on any day, expect play to spill over to either Pool Courts and/or Middle Brook courts at the discretion of the organizer. Maps and directions are available right here at the site.

3. If a mail is not sent to players in the early afternoon of game day with assigned court and partner/opponent, visit this page for confirmation of location and partner. When in doubt, call or text PJ Shah @ 832.755.6197 or Srini Kamana @ 713.385.1936 to confirm.

4. When sign ups for the day are 1 short of a pair, organizer polls to see if anyone wants to drop out, based on frequency of play and level of play. If a volunteer is not found, default drop out is always the last one to signup.

5. In the event of an (un)expected withdrawal from play after sign up, do not assume that your email request alone is the final confirmation. Instead, the organizer needs to confirm your request to withdraw. Remember, the organizer is in contact with many others to facilitate this process and may have already sorted out the players for the day but was merely unable to reply to your specific email in time. No confirmation from organizer implies that you are playing. When in doubt, call or text the organizer to confirm.
